sleepless for a whole day. seung wan was at it again. from sun-up to sundown. the feeling was freaky since i don't feel sleepy nor do i felt hunger. this sore condition made me think that boys do look good with eyeliner. their eyes appear smoky and mysterious. rockstars in gothic black. hangers on in the same shade. roadies and groupies adding pastels of blue and yellow and red. i like the kiddo wearing the faded marvin the martian shirt. yes, it is so "the new radicals." faded jeans na pang hip-hop. billy joe turned wasabi hair, and then some. that took less than a minute with the aid of a very powerful hair product. girbaud sneakers. who else wears these anymore? or i have to go out oftener. i finished the whole series today, with one chapter left to go. seung wan did not get the girl. he could be the amusement park owner or the dashing surgeon and still not get lucky. poor bastard.

letters do time travel from a red ornate mailbox. this is the time twisting story of eunjoo, sunghyun and a critter of a dog named cola. one transcending lesson is learned from this film: there are three in life that you can't hide: cough, poverty and love. the latter, no matter how one would try to hide it, will show like cough -- when severely prevented could break the facial muscle. seeking it would spell failure. it will emerge.
film notes: cast: jun ji-hyun, lee jung-jae; written by: kim eun-jong; release date: sept 9, 2000; running time: 105 minutes
